Predominantly it is our aim to help you solve your problems with our engineering knowledge. This can be achieved in different ways. Sometimes we just relieve our clients from doing the simulation work themselves, but the most creative ideas are developed by our customers` specialists.
Mostly we are asked for assistance, when manufacturing processes don’t run satisfyingly. In this case we start from an analysis of the ”as-is state” and then help to optimize the manufacturing sequences – but everything by a virtual testing in the computer, without occupying valuable machine time! |
Of course we offer full process development as
well. You provide the final workpiece shape and
we design the production process - self-evidently
as your partner and under consideration of your
manufacturing potentials.
Our service portfolio is topped off by our design
know-how in 3D volume modelling, which we use
during our tool design.
