In manufacturing applications it is often necessary to investigate the load on the tools, in order to optimize tool life quantity. By the current state of the art this is already possible in most manufacturing simulations. But it is sometimes more efficient – especially in 3D applications – to solve this task in a separate approach.

Simufact.dieload enables the archiving of all the
die loads from the manufacturing simulation. Then the loads are
imposed on the separately modelled tools – regardless if
armoured or simple dies. This kind of structural analysis is much
faster than an extensive “coupled” simulation – at
the same level of accurateness and reliability.
