Simufact.joining – supports the mechanical joining
Simufact.joining has been developed
especially for mechanical joining. Whether blind rivet, full
rivet, clinching or lock bolts – all
processes can be modelled in Simufact.joining.

The focus lies on the joining process
itself: riveting forces, material flow of the joined parts, deformation
of the sheets, residual forces etc.
More, the strength of the joining and its behaviour
under external loading (e.g. static or dynamic loads) can be subject
of investigation, too. The virtual cross and shear tension tests
are part of the software’s basic capabilities. |
